Ingredients
Paneer :- 200 grms, cut lengthwise
Capsicum :- 1 cut lengthwise
Onion :- 1 big, chopped
Tomato :- 2 small, chopped
Turmeric powder :- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder :- 1 tsp
Chilli powder :- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala :- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder :- 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste :- 1/2 tsp
Kasturi methi :- 1/2 tsp
Oil :- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Capsicum :- 1 cut lengthwise

Methods
Heat oil in a kadai, add onions and saute for 2 mins.
Add tomato and cook till it melts. Now add ginger garlic paste and all the masala powders and salt, fry for a min.
Add the sliced capsicum and fry for a minutes.
Now add paneer and kasturi methi, mix well and cook for another 2 mins.
Garnish with fried dry red chilli.
Serve hot with roti or naan.
