A yummy instant chicken fry with vegetables.

Ingredients
Chicken :- 800 grms, boneless (cut into small pieces)
Onion - 3 medium, cut into cubes
Capsicum :- 1 large, cut into cubes
Carrot :- 2 medium, thinly sliced
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Garam masala :- 2 tsp
Corn flour :- 2 tbsp
Chilli powder :- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder :- 1 tsp
Lemon juice :- 1 1/2 tbsp
Red food color :- few pinch
Oil- 4 tbsp
Onion - 3 medium, cut into cubes
Capsicum :- 1 large, cut into cubes
Carrot :- 2 medium, thinly sliced
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Garam masala :- 2 tsp
Corn flour :- 2 tbsp
Chilli powder :- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder :- 1 tsp
Lemon juice :- 1 1/2 tbsp
Red food color :- few pinch
Oil- 4 tbsp
Methods
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chilli podwer, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt and red colour for about 30 mins.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and saute onion, capsicum and carrot. Keep aside.
In the same pan heat rest of oil and stir fry the chicken for 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Add all the saute vegetable with the chicken, stir fry it, don't over cook it.
Garnish with onion rings.
Serve hot with noodles, fried rice etc.
