Ingredients
For Dough:-
Flour/ Maida:- 1 cup
Oil :- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as needed
For Filling:-
Cabbage:- 1 cup finely chopped
Mushrooms:- 5-6 finely chopped
Carrot :- 1 cup finely chopped
French beans :- 8-10 finely chopped
Spring Onion:- 3-4 finely chopped
Onions :- 2 medium finely chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste :-1 tbsp
Green chilli :- 2 finelly chopped
Soya Sauce :- 2 tsp
Pepper powder :- 2 tsp
Ajinomoto / MSG :-1 tsp (Optional)
Oil :-1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Ajinomoto / MSG :-1 tsp (Optional)
Oil :-1 tbsp

Methods
For making dough mix the maida, oil, salt in a bowl and add water to make a smooth pliable dough and keep aside for 20 - 30 mins.
For the filling, heat oil in a pan and add the onion and ginger garlic paste andsaute for a min.
Now add in all vegetables in the pan and let them cook for 4-5 mins.
Add salt, pepper, soya sauce, ajinomoto and spring onions and mix well.
Divide the dough into small and equal portions and roll into small thin discs.
Place some vegetable filling in the centre of each disc and bring the sides together in the centre, pinching firmly together to form a dumpling.
Repeat the step to make all the momos.
Now steam these momos in an idli utensil for about 15 -20 minutes.
Serve hot with some hot chutney.
