Ingredients
Noodles : - 300 grms
Chopped ginger: - 1 tsp
Chopped garlic: - 1 tsp
Thinly sliced carrots: - ½ cup
Thinly sliced beans :- 1/2 cup
Thinly sliced green bell peppers: - 1 small
Thinly sliced cabbage: - ½ cup
Thinly sliced onions: - ½ cup
Chopped spring onion leaves: - ½ cup
Black pepper powder: - 1 tsp
Chinese green chili sauce: - 2 tbsp
Vegetable/Sunflower oil: - 4 tbsp
Soy sauce :- 1 tsp
MSG :- 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Bean sprouts :- 1 cup
Vinegar :- 1 tsp
Chopped ginger: - 1 tsp
Chopped garlic: - 1 tsp
Thinly sliced carrots: - ½ cup
Thinly sliced beans :- 1/2 cup
Thinly sliced green bell peppers: - 1 small
Thinly sliced cabbage: - ½ cup
Thinly sliced onions: - ½ cup
Chopped spring onion leaves: - ½ cup
Black pepper powder: - 1 tsp
Chinese green chili sauce: - 2 tbsp
Vegetable/Sunflower oil: - 4 tbsp
Soy sauce :- 1 tsp
MSG :- 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Bean sprouts :- 1 cup
Vinegar :- 1 tsp
Methods
Boil the noodles as per the package instruction. Add salt, oil to the water. Drain and cool.
Heat oil in a wok, add onion and stir-fry for two minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and stir fry over a high flame for a few seconds.
Add carrot,beans, capsicum and cabbage and stir-fry for two minutes, stirring and tossing continuously.
When you find the vegetables softening slightly, add the noodles, soy sauce, MSG, vinegar, salt, pepper, chilli sauce, bean sprouts along with spring onion greens.And add salt to taste
Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes or until the noodles are heated through, tossing continuously for a min.
Garnish with spring onion greens.
Serve hot
