Ingredients
Roasted vermicelli (Semiya) :-100g
Ripe Banana :- 3
Jaggery :- 2 tbsp
Sugar :- 2 tbsp
Cashewnut :- 10
Raisins:- 15
Cardamom powder-1 tsp
Milk : - 3 cup
Ghee - ¼ cup

Methods
Mash bananas well and mix jaggary to it and keep aside.
Melt ghee in a pan and fry cashews and raisins and keep aside.
Cook vermicelli in milk and sugar until it becomes soft. To this, add mashed bananas and mix well.
Add fried cashwnut and rasisins.
Add cardamom powder, Cook it in low flame for 5-6 mins.
Garnish with rasinis and cashewnut.
Serve hot or cold.
