Ingredients
Yogurt :- 250 gms
Ripe Mango - 2 diced
Fresh Coconut - 1/2 cup, grated
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp, dry roasted and powdered
Mustard Paste :- 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds :- 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli flakes :- 1/2 tsp
Oil :- 1tsp
Curry Leaves - 4-5
Sugar :- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ripe Mango - 2 diced
Fresh Coconut - 1/2 cup, grated
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp, dry roasted and powdered
Mustard Paste :- 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds :- 1/4 tsp

Oil :- 1tsp
Curry Leaves - 4-5
Sugar :- 2 tsp

Methods
Put the yogurt into a bowl and whisk till smooth. Add mustard paste to it and mix.
Peel the Mango and dice into small cubes.
Add the fresh coconut, sugar, cumin powder, chilli flakes and salt to the yogurt and stir. Add mango cubes.
Heat oil in the pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
Take off the fire and add to the curd mixture.Mix well.
Garnish with curry leaves and mango slice.
Serve cold with paratha and rice.
