Ingredients

Prawns (medium size) :- 500 grms

Ginger garlic paste :- 1 tsp

Onion :- 3 medium chopped

Chilly powder :- 1 tsp

Pepper powder :- 1tsp

Turmeric powder :- 1 tsp

Lemon juice :- 1 tsp

Oil :- 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Methods

Wash properly and drain all the waater from the prawns.

Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice for about 15 mins.

Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onions and fry for a min. Do not over cook the onion.

Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry 1-2 mins.

Add marinate prawns, chilli powder, pepper powder and mix well.

Now cover the pan for 7-8 mins.

The prawns are now soft and ready to serve.

Garnish with onion rings.

Serve hot.
