Ingredients
Onion :- 1 medium
Tomato :- 1 medium
Carrot :- 1 small
Capsicum :- 1 small
Cucumber :- 1 medium
Roasted jeera/cumin powder :- 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala :- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder :- 1/2 tsp
Curd :- 2 cups (whisked)
Coriander leaves :- 1 tbsp
Green chilli :- 1 chopped
Salt as required

Methods
Peel the cucumber, carrot and chop cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, capsicums and onions finely into small pieces.
Whisk the curds until smooth.
Add all chopped vegetables to wisked curd.
Put all the masala to it with salt and mix well.
Refrigerate till chilled. Garnish raita with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled.
Serve with rice or parathas. Goes well with biryani.
