Fresh mint leaves :- 1/2 cup
Green chillies :- 2 or more according to taste
Fresh Ginger :- 1/2 inch piece
Garlic cloves :- 3-4
Fresh Coriander leaves :- 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp or according to taste
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Lime juice - 1 teaspoon
Curd :- 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds :- 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida :- a pinch
oil :- 1 tsp

Methods
Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves well. Roughly chop them.
Mix all the ingredients and grind together to paste.
Add a little water if needed.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds. When they stop spluttring, add a pinch of asafoetida. add it to the paste and again grind it to a smooth paste.
Keep in the fridge for several days.
Serve with pakodas, paratha, dosa, etc.
