Ingredients
Chicken:- 500 grms (cut into medium sized pcs)
Onion :- 1 large chopped
Capsicum:- 2 medium (cut into cubes)
Tomato sauce :- 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce :- 1 tbsp
Pepper powder :- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil :- 2 tbsp
For marinade:
Ginger garlic paste :- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder :- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder :- 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce :- 2 tsp
Vinegar :- 1 tsp
salt :- 1 1/2 tsp
Chicken masala :- 2 tsp
Coriander powder :- 1 tsp
Onion :- 1 large chopped
Capsicum:- 2 medium (cut into cubes)
Tomato sauce :- 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce :- 1 tbsp
Pepper powder :- 1 tsp

Red chilli powder :- 1/2 tsp

Vinegar :- 1 tsp
salt :- 1 1/2 tsp
Chicken masala :- 2 tsp
Coriander powder :- 1 tsp
Methods
Marinade chicken with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, Chicken masala, Soy sauce and vinegar. Keep in refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add Capsicum and Saute for about 5 minute and keep aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil and fry onion for 1 min.
Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 -15 mins. When the chicken is half cook add tomato sauce, red chili sauce, pepper powder and stir.
Reduce the heat and let it cook for 15 to 20 min (until the chicken is fully cooked).
Now add fried capsicum. And cook for another 1 min.
Garnish with stripes of Capsicum and onion.
Serve hot with steamed rice, roti or naan.
