Ingredients
Sago (tapioca) :- 1 cup ( soaked)
Milk :- ½ ltr
Sugar :- ½ cup
Jaggery : - ¼ cup melted
Cardamom powder: - ½ tsp
Raisin & nuts :- ¼ cup
Condensed milk :- 3 tbsp
Milk :- ½ ltr
Sugar :- ½ cup

Methods
Soak sagu for about 5-6 hrs. Wash and drain sagu and keep aside.
Add milk in a deep pan and let them boil till milk thick. Add sugar and condensed milk.
Put raisins and nuts on them.
Now add sagudana to the milk and cook, Stir till the sabudana fully cooked and the kheer thickend.
Add cardamom powder.
Melt jaggery and add to sagudana kheer when it totally cool down.
Garnish with cherry, raisin and nuts.
Serve hot or chill.
