Ingredients
Bhindi : - 400 grms
Onion :- 2 medium ( chopped )
Garlic : - 6-7 cloves
Tomato :- 1 large ( chopped)
Mustard paste : - 2 tsp
Green chilli :- 1
Turmeric powder :- 1 tsp
Chilli powder : - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds : - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil :- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Mustard paste : - 2 tsp
Green chilli :- 1
Turmeric powder :- 1 tsp
Chilli powder : - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds : - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil :- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Methods
(Mustard seeds paste :- soak mustard seeds ½ a cup in water for an hour. Grind the soaked mustard seeds with 6-7 garlic cloves & 1 green chili in mixture to a smooth and creamy paste).
Wash bhindi and pat dry them in towel and leave for an hour. Cut them into circular rings of 2cm thickness.
Heat oil in a pan. Put cumin seeds,let them crackle. Now add 1 green chilli and chopped onion,chopped garlic and stir.
Put cutted bhindi into it, add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and mix well.cover the pan for a min. Now add mustard paste and tomato. Cover the pan and let them cook for few more mins till bhindi is cooked.
Garnish with tomato.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
