Ingredients
Button mushrooms :- 300 grms
Onion paste :- 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste :- 1 tsp
Tomato puree :- 1 cup
Cashewnut (kaju) paste :- 1 tbsp
Corriander leaves:- 2 tsp
Cumin powder :- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder :- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder :- 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream :- 1 tsp
Milk:- 1/2 cup
Butter :- 1 tbsp
Oil :- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Onion paste :- 1 tbsp

Methods
Clean wash and cut mushrooms into half.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions paste and fry till light brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
Now add tomato puree, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt and cook till oil seperates from the masala.
Add cashewnut paste and milk, stir well.
Add mushrooms, cook on medium heat till they are cooked.
Put cream and half the chopped coriander leaves and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan or roti.
