Ingredients
Gram flour (besan) :- 4 cups
Powdered sugar :- 2 cups
Ghee :- 2 cups
Green cardamom powder :- 1/2 tsp
Cashewnuts :- 25 coarsely chopped

Methods
Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add the gram flour and sauté till lightly browned and fragrant, stirring frequently.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add green cardamom powder, cashewnut and mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Let it cool.
Shape into even sized laddoos.
Garnish with cashewnuts and serve.
Cool and store.
