A healthy and delicious pulao with peas and rice.

Ingredients
Basmati Rice :- 2 Cups
Peas :- 2 Cup (Fresh/Frozen)
Onion :- 1 large
Green Chilly :- 3 chopped
Bay Leaf :- 1
Cinnamon Stick :- 1
Cumin Seeds ;- 1 tsp
Clove :- 3-4
Cardamoms :- 2
Salt to taste
Ghee :- 3 tbsp
Peas :- 2 Cup (Fresh/Frozen)
Onion :- 1 large
Green Chilly :- 3 chopped
Bay Leaf :- 1
Cinnamon Stick :- 1
Cumin Seeds ;- 1 tsp
Clove :- 3-4
Cardamoms :- 2
Salt to taste
Ghee :- 3 tbsp
Methods
Wash the Basmati rice well and keep aside to soak for 10-15 minutes. Drain excess water.
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and then cumin seeds and fry for few seconds.
Now add the onions and green chilli, saute for a minute.
Add peas and soaked and drained rice.Mix well. Fry that in the ghee for 1- 2 mins.
Then add 4 cups of water and salt. Cover the lid for 15 mins. (Cook till all water is absorbed.)
Off the stove. Add 1 tbsp of ghee over the puloa and mix well.
Garnish with fried bay leaf.
Serve hot with raita, achar, dal etc.
