Ingredients
Egg :- 4
Onion :- 1 medium chopped
Tomato :- 2 medium chopped
Ginger Garlic paste :-1 tsp
Red Chilli powder :- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder :- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder :- 1 tsp
Garam Masala :-1 tsp
Cumin :- 1 tsp
Bay leaves :-1
Coriander leaves :- 1 tbsp
Oil :- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Onion :- 1 medium chopped
Tomato :- 2 medium chopped

Garam Masala :-1 tsp
Cumin :- 1 tsp
Bay leaves :-1
Coriander leaves :- 1 tbsp
Oil :- 2 tbsp

Methods
Boil the eggs, remove the shell, and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When cumin seeds crackle add onion,ginger paste and bay leaves and fry them till onion becomes golden brown in colour.
Add tomatoes and fry them till tomato becomes soft.
Now add chilly powder, turmeric and coriander powder and fry.
Add the boiled eggs and 1/2 cup of water and let it cook in medium flame for 6-7 mins.
Turn off heat and add garam masala and cover the pan for a minute.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with steamed rice and rotis.
