Kebab is a wide variety of skewered meals originating in the Middle East and later on adopted worldwide. Paneer Cheesy Kebab is made with the slices of cottage cheese and topped with veggies and lots of cheese. Paneer grilled with flavored spices.

Ingredients
Fresh Paneer :- 250 gms Cut into cubes
Tomatoes :- 2 , pulp removed and chopped into squares
Capsicum :- 1 large, sliced into square
Onion :- 1 Large, sliced into square
Mint chutney :- 8 tbsp
Barbecue sticks - 8
Salt as per taste
For Marinade
Hung Curd :- 1 small cup
Red chilli Powder :- 1/2 tsp
Tandoori masala :- 1 tsp
Chaat Masala :- 1tsp
Cumin powder :- 1tsp
Peppercorns (crushed) :- 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves) :- 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder :- 1 tsp
Ginger garlic Paste :- 2 tsp
Mustard oil :- 2tsbp
Lemon Wedges for garnishing

Methods
Cut the paneer to desired cubes.Dice bell peppers and onions.
Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together with mint chutney.
Add the chopped vegetables along with Paneer and mix well. Refrigerate for 15-20 mins.
In a metal skewer, start threading the vegetables alternating them with 2-3 cubes of paneer. Place them on a grill pan and cook from the side has browned.
Remember not to overcook, just keep it crunchy. Bake until slices slightly turn into golden in color.
Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
