A spicy chicken curry prepared with spices and pepper powder. Adding pepper powder gives a nice flavor to the curry.It goes great with Roti or Naan.

Ingredients
Chicken – 500 gms
Onion - 1 large (cut in longer way)
Ginger and Garlic paste – 1tsp
Pepper -2 tbsp (crushed)
Tomato - 1 large(finelly chopped)
Capsicum - 1 small (cut in longer way)
Ginger - 1tsp finely chopped
Garlic - 9 -10 cloves
Termeric powder -1 ½ tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - ½ tsp
Chicken masala powder -1tsp
Vinegar -1/2 tsp
Soya sauce - ½ tsp
Lemon juice - ½ tsp
Vegetable oil - 2tsp
Salt to taste

Methods
Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
Marinate the chicken with 1tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp of chilli powder, ½ tsp of vinegar, 1tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, add finelly chopped ginger and garlic and cook for 1 min.
Add marinated chicken to the pan, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder. Stir well and cover the pan for 4-5 mins.
Add crushed pepper 1tbsp, chicken masala powder 1tsp, finely chopped tomato and leave for 8-10 mins covered.
When the chicken turns soft, add capsicum and soya sauce. Give a stir, add ½ cup of water and cover the pan. Reduce the flame and cook it till the chicken is done.
Finally add ½ tsp of lemon juice.
Garnish with onion and lemon. Serve hot with roti or parathas.
