Ingredients

Boiled rice :- 2 cups

Ginger Garlic paste :- 2 tsp

Onion :- 1 medium chopped

Carrot :- 1 medium,cut into thin strips

Capsicum :- 1 medium chopped

Beans :- 7-8 chopped

Tomato :- 1 medium, chopped

Soy sauce :- 1 tbsp

Chilli sauce :- 1 tsp

Spring onion :- 2 stalks, chopped

Olive oil/veg. oil :- 2 tbsp

Salt and pepper to taste

Methods

Heat the oil in a pan, add onion and saute for a minute then add ginger garlic paste.

Now add all the vegetables, and sauté over a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes till the vegetables soften.

Add the rice, soya sauce, chilli sauce, spring onion greens, pepper and salt. Mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.

Garnish with spring onion, sprinkle over the rice.

Serve hot with Manchurian.
